 Work Process:

We have categorized our working process as an exemplary model for the production of Organic cotton fabrics in India. Our work structures are as follows:

  • Collecting Organic Cotton

  • Converting them into fine yarns

  • Meshing them into fabrics

  • Dyeing the fabrics

  • Colorful printing design

  • Knitting

  • Finished product

Let us now watch through the steps carried out in each process, they are listed below in sequential work flow order:

Collecting Organic cotton is done from farmers who are paid earlier for their cotton, these farmers are from Maharastra, India.

The collected organic cotton is further converted into fine tuned yarns, the yarn and fabrics presented here are made entirely from unprocessed, naturally pigmented cotton fiber rich in its color.

The yarns are then meshed into gorgeous fabrics rich in its quality and sustainability here are some of the fabrics that we offer Polar, Vellock (Nicky), Pique fabrics, Pique Interlack, Single Jersey, Dobby, Yarn Strife, Jacquard, and Fleece.

The dyeing process that Assisi performers is unique in its style, the aroma of life is expressed through the light and grand shades in the fabrics that are obtained by non heavy metal dyes and non formaldehyde dyes.

Every fabric attains its maturity when it is given a design that flourishes the aroma of reality; we at Assisi make screen printing and conventional screen printing in the fabrics that we manufacture. Most of all we make water based printing methods that further makes the design get its life.

Last but not the least knitting is done on the printed fabrics and are ready as finely produced finished products grandly offered by the Assisians.
